Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. Albert Einstein's Handwritten Letter Containing His Iconic Equation E=mc² Up for Sale for Rs 3 Crore

The letter, dated October 26, 1946, is one of only four known examples of the formula having been written by Albert Einstein and is part of correspondence to a fellow researcher, telling him a question could 'be answered' using the formula.

A handwritten letter by Albert Einstein which is rare for containing his famous E=mc² mass–energy equivalence formula has gone on sale for the sum of GBP 282,000 (approx. Rs 2,91,94,106). The letter, dated October 26, 1946, is one of only four known examples of the formula having been written by Einstein and is part of correspondence to a fellow researcher, telling him a question could 'be answered’ using the formula.

According to the details provided by Boston-based RR Auction, the one-page letter, blind-stamped on a personal Princeton letterhead will be auctioned in a time sale which will end on May 20. The letter will be accompanied by a minted Non-fungible Token (NFT) and a 5D Biometric Art Passport powered by ARTMYN, which ensures that the original manuscript is unforgeable while allowing the owner to monitor the evolution of its condition over time. It also serves as a ‘digital portfolio’ preserving all associated documentation, the auction site further cited.



The German-born theoretical physicist composed the correspondence on a Princeton University letterhead in German and was written to Polish-American physicist Ludwik Silberstein, who had previously disputed part of Einstein's theory of general relativity.In response to Silberstein’s query, translated into English, Einstein's response read: “Your question can be answered from the E = mc² formula, without any erudition.” He further calculates the mass difference between a system of two equal masses ‘m’ an infinite distance from one another, and the same two masses a distance r apart, orbiting about their common center of mass. “If E is the energy of your system consisting of the two masses, E₀ the energy of the masses when they approach infinite distance, then the system's mass defect is E₀ - E / c2,” he continued.

*DDC reviews the progress in the implimentation of POSHAN ABHIYAN.* KISHTWAR 04-07-2020District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district officers here in his office chamber and reviewed the progress in the implimentation of the District Convergence plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,Joint director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishore Singh Katoch ,District Social welfare officer Tariq Ahmad Qazi, Chief Medical Officer kishtwar Dr R .S Manhas,Chief Education Officers Dr Kuldeep Sharma , Assistant Director FCS&CA kishtwar, Executive officer MC Tariq Balwan,XEn PHE N K Gupta, besides concerned officers and officials among others. At the outset Program Officer ICDS Kishtwar Pawan Parihar briefed the meeting about the progress at different quarters that are underway for the ensured implementation of Convergence Plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.During the meeting DDC urged the heads of concerned departments to work in a tandem and asked for pooling their efforts under a convergence plan so that an integrated approach could be carved out for achieving the tangible results under the POSHAN ABHIYAN.Furthermore he assessed one by one the Progress made in various quarters viz. construction of govt buildings for the effective functioning of Anganwari Centres in rural areas ,provisions for safe drinking water and child friendly toilet facility in privately hired set ups, maintenance of database of all health checkups and and nutritional status of pregnant ladies ,creation of dedicated Cooking facility in the Anganwadi centres, installation of Sanitary Napkins Vending machines at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar and in other identified high schools,providing Jal Jivan kits to AnganWari centres etcDDC asked PO, ICDS for conducting of Capacity building workshops and training programs for Supervisors by the end of this week.Besides , he also directed PO, ICDS and ACD kishtwar for the quantification of funds under convergence plan and submitt the proposals projected under B2V-2 in this regard in his office for further course of action.While emphasizing upon the role of PRIs and other religious leaders in the effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN and other schemes of ICDS at the gross root level , he asked the Nutritional mobilizers to work in cooperation with them for gross root level success of ABHIYAN.
