There is not only Corona in Villages

THERE IS NOT ONLY CORONA IN VILLAGES


In this dredic time of Epidemic of Covid19, there is complete lockdown throughout the world. India also decided lockdwon very early to minimise the loss of peoples. 
   Peoples are locked in there houses and Videos of Staying inn, working from inn, enjoying inn are gone viral everyday. Some are playing games, some studying different aspects of life and education, some trying cooking, dancing etc. There are pocket peoples in world trying something different for there pleasure, or for world and humanity. As we all know that, Sir Issac Newton discovered the law of gravity during lockdown in Spanish Flu Epidemic.
            I am enjoying too, my stay in home but I am aslo looking onto a matter, about the villages. I travelled to my village before lockdown-1 for some work and soon administration announces lockdown and I am in my village now from around 1 months. After 14 april lockdown-2 announced. I am spending great time here with fresh air, healthy environment. During my visit and Covid epidemic problem I realized number of  problem of village natives particularly those without road connectivity like some get fracture, some with serious illness etc covering long distance via foot and reaching Distict hospital for treatment. Diseases other thsn corona, abscence of study material due to low internet speed, non-availability of fresh vegetables and food material,  non providing of schemes made available by the government like free ration, free gas etc etc creating lot of problems for 
What I see?
I was travelling towards my fields far off from my village 15 april 2020 for a field visit. During this, I met a 18-19 year old tribal (gujjar) boy wearing medical lens. 
I asked him , the reason behind lens?
He replied, a serious injury during work, and a small piece of stone hit my left eyes and strucks there.
I said, You get the treatment? 
He told me , I covered distance of around 20km from my village to district hospital kishtwar by foot for treatment. He also said, there comes lot of problems towards the hospital as No first Aid, No transport etc.
 At that time of Explaination, I was thinking about the pain that boy faced. Not only these problems, some get bone fracture, some get snake bite, some fell down. Therefore, they need treatment very soon.

    Therefore, I urged the government to look onto this important and need-of-hour matter.
 Administration must arrrange some vehicles on a localised spot of an area with a timing. These vehicles must posses PASS by the department and access to more so that needy peoples can use. Peoples particularly  facing the problem of hospitalisation must need vehicular arrangement.

*DDC reviews the progress in the implimentation of POSHAN ABHIYAN.* KISHTWAR 04-07-2020District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district officers here in his office chamber and reviewed the progress in the implimentation of the District Convergence plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,Joint director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishore Singh Katoch ,District Social welfare officer Tariq Ahmad Qazi, Chief Medical Officer kishtwar Dr R .S Manhas,Chief Education Officers Dr Kuldeep Sharma , Assistant Director FCS&CA kishtwar, Executive officer MC Tariq Balwan,XEn PHE N K Gupta, besides concerned officers and officials among others. At the outset Program Officer ICDS Kishtwar Pawan Parihar briefed the meeting about the progress at different quarters that are underway for the ensured implementation of Convergence Plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.During the meeting DDC urged the heads of concerned departments to work in a tandem and asked for pooling their efforts under a convergence plan so that an integrated approach could be carved out for achieving the tangible results under the POSHAN ABHIYAN.Furthermore he assessed one by one the Progress made in various quarters viz. construction of govt buildings for the effective functioning of Anganwari Centres in rural areas ,provisions for safe drinking water and child friendly toilet facility in privately hired set ups, maintenance of database of all health checkups and and nutritional status of pregnant ladies ,creation of dedicated Cooking facility in the Anganwadi centres, installation of Sanitary Napkins Vending machines at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar and in other identified high schools,providing Jal Jivan kits to AnganWari centres etcDDC asked PO, ICDS for conducting of Capacity building workshops and training programs for Supervisors by the end of this week.Besides , he also directed PO, ICDS and ACD kishtwar for the quantification of funds under convergence plan and submitt the proposals projected under B2V-2 in this regard in his office for further course of action.While emphasizing upon the role of PRIs and other religious leaders in the effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN and other schemes of ICDS at the gross root level , he asked the Nutritional mobilizers to work in cooperation with them for gross root level success of ABHIYAN.
