Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. As we respect our teacher, we need to respect past as teacher taught many things; same past helps us to learn.life has a simple formula: look back and thank God, look ahead and trust God, and always respect Past and enjoy life and become a living, working monk . 4 terrorists killed in J&K

23 April 

Four terrorists were killed in an encounter in shopian district of jammu and kashmir on Wednesday.
 
j&k  police hasn't disclosed the identity of those killed militants yet , Dead bodies has been shifted to Srinagar for medical formalities , 
 "we have taken DNA samples and would be conducting burial in presence of magistrate. So far, the family members of only those killed has come to us and if they identify the terrorist then we will allow 2-3 family members to participate in burial. Those who claim later on DNA samples will be taken for further  course of action," Inspector General of police, j&k.
