Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. As we respect our teacher, we need to respect past as teacher taught many things; same past helps us to learn.life has a simple formula: look back and thank God, look ahead and trust God, and always respect Past and enjoy life and become a living, working monk . ACTOR IRFAN KHAN

Actor Irfan khan, who had been admitted to the ICU of Mumbai's Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, died on wednesday . He had been admitted because of a colon infection. He was 53.

Irfan khan the boolywood actor who crossed over to hollywood , In a career that spanned over thirty years, khan was a prolific film and television actor famed for his range as well as humanity and intensity he brought to his roles. he started his career starring in television dramas before his film debut, He develop a specialty for playing villains and earned critical praise for portraying a studen gang leader in Tigmanshu Dhulia's cult film "Hassil" and further positive notices for his turn in vishal bhardwaj's crime drama "Maqbool".
He acted in numerous television serials, imcluding "chanakya ,bharat ek khoj", sara jahan hamara, banegi apni baat, chandrakanta, laal ghass par neela ghode etc.

In 2003 he acted in short film, "Road to Ladakh", his firsr bollywood lead role came in 2005 with film "Rog"
even after his success in bollywood he has continued his television carrer. He anchored a show Mano ya na Mano, He hosted another programme named Kyaa kahein which was similar to Mano ya na Mano.

In 2009 he featured in the film Acid Factory, he stated that he wants do do more action film in the future, he also appeared as an FBI agent in New York and as a Gujrati diamond merchabt in New York,I love you, his film "Paan SIngh Tomar, about real life athlete turned dacoit, received extremely favourable reviews by  critics.
In 2014 he appeared in Gnday,
in 2017 ,in Hindi medium ,Qarib Qarib Single,
in 2018,in Karwan and
in 2020 Angrazi medium was released on 13 march 2020 and incidentally it was his las released film before his death on 29 April .

*DDC reviews the progress in the implimentation of POSHAN ABHIYAN.* KISHTWAR 04-07-2020District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district officers here in his office chamber and reviewed the progress in the implimentation of the District Convergence plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,Joint director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishore Singh Katoch ,District Social welfare officer Tariq Ahmad Qazi, Chief Medical Officer kishtwar Dr R .S Manhas,Chief Education Officers Dr Kuldeep Sharma , Assistant Director FCS&CA kishtwar, Executive officer MC Tariq Balwan,XEn PHE N K Gupta, besides concerned officers and officials among others. At the outset Program Officer ICDS Kishtwar Pawan Parihar briefed the meeting about the progress at different quarters that are underway for the ensured implementation of Convergence Plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.During the meeting DDC urged the heads of concerned departments to work in a tandem and asked for pooling their efforts under a convergence plan so that an integrated approach could be carved out for achieving the tangible results under the POSHAN ABHIYAN.Furthermore he assessed one by one the Progress made in various quarters viz. construction of govt buildings for the effective functioning of Anganwari Centres in rural areas ,provisions for safe drinking water and child friendly toilet facility in privately hired set ups, maintenance of database of all health checkups and and nutritional status of pregnant ladies ,creation of dedicated Cooking facility in the Anganwadi centres, installation of Sanitary Napkins Vending machines at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar and in other identified high schools,providing Jal Jivan kits to AnganWari centres etcDDC asked PO, ICDS for conducting of Capacity building workshops and training programs for Supervisors by the end of this week.Besides , he also directed PO, ICDS and ACD kishtwar for the quantification of funds under convergence plan and submitt the proposals projected under B2V-2 in this regard in his office for further course of action.While emphasizing upon the role of PRIs and other religious leaders in the effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN and other schemes of ICDS at the gross root level , he asked the Nutritional mobilizers to work in cooperation with them for gross root level success of ABHIYAN.
