Glowing tributes is being  paid to Martyrs of Kishtwar  and other martyrs of erstwhile district Doda on Shaheedi Divas  today who laid down their lives while fighting with anti national forces and terrorism .
Every year on May 10, Shaheedi Diwas is being organized to pay floral tributes to martyrs for their supreme sacrifice for nation but  this year due to Covid 19 lock down  people have been appealled  to  light earthen lamps and candles in the evenings on 10 May at  8 Pm evening in every mohalla and temple of Kishtwar  to pay tributes to martyrs.

To remember martyrs sacrifice hundereds of people tweet on twitter # Shaheedi Divas kishtwar which was troling on twiter. on Saturday evening .
It was only due to the scarifies of these martyrs, that evil designs of anti national elements fails to succeed in Kishtwar District and erstwhile Doda district .

Shaheedi Divas is  organized every year on 10th of May as on this day; State General Secretary Hindu Raksha Simiti Satish Bhandari was assassinated by terrorists while he was on its way to his home after closing his shop by Pak Sponseredterrorists .Beside selective killings of Satish Bhandari ,Ajit & Anil parihar .Chanderkant Sharma ,Parveen Gupta #Sharu ,Chiman Shan ,Sewa Ram ,Subash Sen ,Ruchir koul ,Santosh Kotwal and many more than dozen mascare took place during three decade long tourmoil in district.
On this  occasion a grand function is being organised every year to recall the sacrifices of martyrs for the national cause.
More than hundered  martyrs has  sacrificed their lives for unity and integrity of India when militancy was at peak in  Kishtwar  and erstwhile Doda district and it was with their supreme sacrifices that the Doda district was saved to turn into another Kashmir and force the migration of minorities from this hilly belt keeping tricolor high.

Terrorism has no face, no religion, no caste and no borders. Some negative mind peoples follow dark paths thereby killing Innocent peoples. 
But, the government is fighting very well against this evil disease among some negative minded peoples. There was a time when terrorism is on its peak particularly in 90's. During this reign, number of innocent peoples lost live, not only from kashmir but also there was killing in Doda, Kishtwar etc. Nationalist peoples face hard situation particular  in Chenab valley but there sheer dedicated for India proved well in every step and the terrorism is in sharp decline mode or we can say, there is No terrorist left.
 For every terrorist, there is already grave fixed.
Kishtwar is the land of Martyars and is  fighting in forefront against the terrorism.

Every one of us must know the reality pf world and we all know that religion exist in humanity. Man give born to religion but in actual it lies within us.

*DDC reviews the progress in the implimentation of POSHAN ABHIYAN.* KISHTWAR 04-07-2020District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district officers here in his office chamber and reviewed the progress in the implimentation of the District Convergence plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,Joint director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishore Singh Katoch ,District Social welfare officer Tariq Ahmad Qazi, Chief Medical Officer kishtwar Dr R .S Manhas,Chief Education Officers Dr Kuldeep Sharma , Assistant Director FCS&CA kishtwar, Executive officer MC Tariq Balwan,XEn PHE N K Gupta, besides concerned officers and officials among others. At the outset Program Officer ICDS Kishtwar Pawan Parihar briefed the meeting about the progress at different quarters that are underway for the ensured implementation of Convergence Plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.During the meeting DDC urged the heads of concerned departments to work in a tandem and asked for pooling their efforts under a convergence plan so that an integrated approach could be carved out for achieving the tangible results under the POSHAN ABHIYAN.Furthermore he assessed one by one the Progress made in various quarters viz. construction of govt buildings for the effective functioning of Anganwari Centres in rural areas ,provisions for safe drinking water and child friendly toilet facility in privately hired set ups, maintenance of database of all health checkups and and nutritional status of pregnant ladies ,creation of dedicated Cooking facility in the Anganwadi centres, installation of Sanitary Napkins Vending machines at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar and in other identified high schools,providing Jal Jivan kits to AnganWari centres etcDDC asked PO, ICDS for conducting of Capacity building workshops and training programs for Supervisors by the end of this week.Besides , he also directed PO, ICDS and ACD kishtwar for the quantification of funds under convergence plan and submitt the proposals projected under B2V-2 in this regard in his office for further course of action.While emphasizing upon the role of PRIs and other religious leaders in the effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN and other schemes of ICDS at the gross root level , he asked the Nutritional mobilizers to work in cooperation with them for gross root level success of ABHIYAN.
