Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. As we respect our teacher, we need to respect past as teacher taught many things; same past helps us to learn.life has a simple formula: look back and thank God, look ahead and trust God, and always respect Past and enjoy life and become a living, working monk . درد کو محسوس کرنے والا بنو عقلمند تو دنیا میں بہت مل جاتےہی

ایک دن کی بات ہے  ایک چھوٹا  بچہ ایک دکان پر کتا  قریب دی گیا دکان میں بہت سارے کتے کے بچے تھے ہر کسی کی اپنی اپنی قیمت تھی کوئی پانچ ہزار کوئی 6000 کوئی سات ہزار  لیکن اسی دکان مے  ایک چھوٹا سا کتے کا بچہ  کونے میں بیٹھا تھا اس چھوٹے بچے نے دکاندار سے پوچھا وہ بچہ اس سائیڈ کیوں بیٹھا ہے تو دکان دار نے کہا یہ اپايج  ہے اس کے پیر میں لگی ہے بچے نے دکاندار سے سوال کیا تو اب اس کا کیا کریں گے  آپ تو دکان دار نے جواب دیا  مکمل علاج کیا جائے گا اسے ایک گہری نیند میں بھیجا جائے گا  ہم مار دیں گے بچے نے کہا کہ مے  کچھ وقت کے لئے اس کے ساتھ کھیل سکتا ہوں دکان دار نے کہا کیوں نہیں بالکل  تو یہ بچہ  اس کتے کے بچے کے پاس گیا اور اسے گود میں اٹھایا اور کھیلنے لگا کتا بہت ہی خوش ہوا  کیونکہ پہلی بار اسے کسی نے اتنے پیار سے سہلایا تھا گود میں اٹھایا تھا پھر اس بچے نے اس دکاندار سے پوچھا کیا میں اسسے خرید سکتا ہوں تو دکاندار نے کہا نہیں یہ بیچنے کے لئے نہیں ہے تو بچے نے ضد کی اور اس کے ٹیبل پہ دو ہزار رکھ دیئے اور اپنی ماں کے پاس اس تین ہزار لینے گیا تب تک دکاندار نے پیچھے سے آواز لگائی اور بولا  کیوں اتنے پیسے اس پر  خرچ کرنا چاہتے ہو اتنے پیسے میں میں آپ کو اچھے کتے دے دوں گا   بچہ نے کچھ نہیں کہا اور  اپنی ٹانگ دکھائی تو بچے کی ٹانگ نہیں تھی  وہ بھی  اپاہج تھا  دکاندار کچھ نہ کہہ سکا ایک چھوٹے سے بچے نے اسے انسانیت سکھائی اور اس کی آنکھوں میں آنسو آئے۔ہم دن  میں پتہ نہیں کیا کیا دیکھتے ہیں ہمیں افسوس ہوتا ہے تھوڑا سا ہمیں محسوس ہوتا ہے لیکن ہم ایک عقل مند انسان کی طرح اسے دیکھ کر آگے چلے جاتے ہیں پر اصل وہی ہے جو ان کی مدد کرے جو دوسرے کی تکلیف کو خود کی تکلیف سمجھے ۔Sampathy and ampathy میں زیادہ فرق نہیں ہوتا ہے پر سمجھنے کی بات ہوتی ہے اس دنیا میں بہت سارے جیو رہتے ہیں جانور پرندے اور انہیں میں ہم بھی سوشل اینیمل انسان ہیں پر جتنا ایک انسان دوسرے انسان کو مارتا ہے دنیا میں ایسی کوئی مخلوق پرجاتی نہیں ہے جو اپنے ہی  جاتی کو مارتی ہوں 


انسان ہی ایک ایسی مخلوق ہے جس نے انسان کو سب سے زیادہ مارا ہے سانپ نے کبھی سانپ کو نہیں مارا ہے کتے نے کبھی کتے کو  نہیں مارا ہوگا پر انسان نے اتنے انسان مارے ہیں کس کا کوئی حساب نہیں ۔


جانور بھی اپنا پیٹ بھرتے ہیں انسان بھی کھانا کھاتا ہے اور ہم میں ان جانوروں میں کچھ فرق ہونی چاہیے

People say me  , “ Where is your protector God? There’s nowhere that we can see Him”. *DDC reviews the progress in the implimentation of POSHAN ABHIYAN.* KISHTWAR 04-07-2020District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district officers here in his office chamber and reviewed the progress in the implimentation of the District Convergence plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,Joint director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishore Singh Katoch ,District Social welfare officer Tariq Ahmad Qazi, Chief Medical Officer kishtwar Dr R .S Manhas,Chief Education Officers Dr Kuldeep Sharma , Assistant Director FCS&CA kishtwar, Executive officer MC Tariq Balwan,XEn PHE N K Gupta, besides concerned officers and officials among others. At the outset Program Officer ICDS Kishtwar Pawan Parihar briefed the meeting about the progress at different quarters that are underway for the ensured implementation of Convergence Plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.During the meeting DDC urged the heads of concerned departments to work in a tandem and asked for pooling their efforts under a convergence plan so that an integrated approach could be carved out for achieving the tangible results under the POSHAN ABHIYAN.Furthermore he assessed one by one the Progress made in various quarters viz. construction of govt buildings for the effective functioning of Anganwari Centres in rural areas ,provisions for safe drinking water and child friendly toilet facility in privately hired set ups, maintenance of database of all health checkups and and nutritional status of pregnant ladies ,creation of dedicated Cooking facility in the Anganwadi centres, installation of Sanitary Napkins Vending machines at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar and in other identified high schools,providing Jal Jivan kits to AnganWari centres etcDDC asked PO, ICDS for conducting of Capacity building workshops and training programs for Supervisors by the end of this week.Besides , he also directed PO, ICDS and ACD kishtwar for the quantification of funds under convergence plan and submitt the proposals projected under B2V-2 in this regard in his office for further course of action.While emphasizing upon the role of PRIs and other religious leaders in the effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN and other schemes of ICDS at the gross root level , he asked the Nutritional mobilizers to work in cooperation with them for gross root level success of ABHIYAN.
