People say me  , “ Where is your protector God? There’s nowhere that we can see Him”. I said  “ Close your eyes, meditate  and just feel His presence in heart ❤️  This is the matter of feeling divine not of physical eye but of the internal sight. They say , “ Where is your God? There’s nowhere that we can see Him”. I said  “ Close your eyes, meditate  and just feel His presence in heart ❤️  They doubt on God presence I said look toward sky star moon sun changing Cloure of sky and you will feel presence of my protector God  I told, “ This is not an illusion but a hidden sign and a trust in invisible power that is my God my protector  persist ,” Tell us what exactly do you want to prove?” I say, “ Close your eyes, meditate and just feel His presence” My protector god is always there, it’s just us who are absent. Director Rural Development Department Jammu ,Sudarshan Kumar conducted two days long tour of District Kishtwar . 
During the day one of the tour he visited and inspected a number of developmental works under MGNREGA,14 FC,SBM(G),and PMAY (G) etc in Panchayats Badhat and Bugrana of Block Drabshalla and TrigamnA of Block Trigam.

He also inspected the works in,BT 1st,Pochhal B 2 and Lachhdayaram  panchayats of block Kishtwar.
During  the visit , he also  camped at panchayat ghar of a far off Panchayat Bugrana of block Drabshalla and interacted with the locals. 
A meeting of the BDC Chairpersons was also convened by him.In the meeting he discussed various issues regarding the functioning of RDD.

On 2nd day of the tour, he visited block Nagseni and  Mughal Maidan wherein he inspected a number of developmental works and specially appreciated the work done under PMAY(G) in block Nagseni. There he also interacted  with BDC Chairpersons, Sarpanch,panches and general public of far flung Panchayat namely Sigdi Bhatta of block Mughal Maidan.
He also held a meeting with ACD ,XEN, BDOs and other field functionaries of RDD Kishtwar and directed them to start atleast one work under MGNREGA in each and every ward of all the Panchayats,100% completion of estimation on Secure,timely payments to job card holders, completion of 100 Aadhar seeding besides he impressed upon all Officers and officials to work with utmost honesty and dedication so that the benefits of various welfare schemes may reach to needy and deserving beneficiaries with active participation of PRIs.

During the visit , Director was accompanied by ACD Kishtwar kishore Singh Katoch,XEN REW Kishtwar,BDOs ,AEE REW Kishtwar and other field functionaries.

Who was Jagmohan's dad was posted as a track engineer in the Indian Railways. From time to time, the family shifted to other stations and lived in numerous railway colonies. At that time, the national freedom movement was gaining ground. But it was soon overtaken by the divisive fall-outs of the 'two nation' theory due to the British policy of 'divide and rule' . All this led to the partition of the country, communal riots and killings and also a large scale migration of people across the dividing line.  Jagmohan himself avoided death by a whisker.
