Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. As we respect our teacher, we need to respect past as teacher taught many things; same past helps us to learn.life has a simple formula: look back and thank God, look ahead and trust God, and always respect Past and enjoy life and become a living, working monk .  24May:-Kishtwar Police Helping peoples of Village Bhoondh of Chatroo Area to rebuilt their damaged houses Which were damaged and dismantle few days ago by powerful windstorm in the said area.By the direction of Senior superintendent of police kishtwar Abrar Chowdhary, SHO Chatroo Bashir Ahmed sent his team to the said village with himself to help these poor peoples to rebuilt their damaged houses and get shelter again.The work done by the police team was very good and need to appreciation as they these poor peoples need someone for help and District police made a wonderful job by doing this great job.

        Peoples of the said village thanks to SSP kishtwar Abrar Chowdhary and SHO Chatroo Bashir Ahmed and all the entire police department for their help and think about poor villagers.public said that this was mostly seen that one officer think about the poor villagers and send their team to help us in our bad time.they said that we all thanks to SSP kishtwar and appreciate his kind of help for poor villagers ..
