Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. As we respect our teacher, we need to respect past as teacher taught many things; same past helps us to learn.life has a simple formula: look back and thank God, look ahead and trust God, and always respect Past and enjoy life and become a living, working monk . STREET DOGS CREATE PANIC FOR STUDENTS .

Street dogs create fair among the students and  public of the district KISHTWAR Day to Day increasing population of the street dogs in the city create fair and danger among the peoples in the city.As due to these dogs,nobody sounds safe to walk on the streets during the late hours.They are present at ever corner and streets in a groups and starts barking at every person during the late hour and also during a days light which is very dangerous for the public of the KISHTWar district.Due to increasing population of these Street dogs,some big tragedy seems to be happen in the district by these dogs.As they used to attack every person on the dark nights and peoples fair to walk on the dark night in the streets of the district Kishtwar.
Public of kishtwar says that municipal committee are doing nothing to stop the increasing population of these street dogs in the city and the official of the municipal committee are sitting on their chairs without ear in their offices.Peoples says that at every corner we see a group of these street dogs and the people will not feel safe to walk in the market. Peoples also says that Student will also dare to go their tuition classes early in the morning as these dogs create fare in the market .
Public appeal to the municipal committee KISHTWAR to do some necessary action to stop the increasing rate of the street dogs in the city .So,that people will freely and without fare walk in the market of the Kishtwar and no bad tragedy will occur in the city due to these street dogs.

People say me  , “ Where is your protector God? There’s nowhere that we can see Him”. *DDC reviews the progress in the implimentation of POSHAN ABHIYAN.* KISHTWAR 04-07-2020District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district officers here in his office chamber and reviewed the progress in the implimentation of the District Convergence plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,Joint director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishore Singh Katoch ,District Social welfare officer Tariq Ahmad Qazi, Chief Medical Officer kishtwar Dr R .S Manhas,Chief Education Officers Dr Kuldeep Sharma , Assistant Director FCS&CA kishtwar, Executive officer MC Tariq Balwan,XEn PHE N K Gupta, besides concerned officers and officials among others. At the outset Program Officer ICDS Kishtwar Pawan Parihar briefed the meeting about the progress at different quarters that are underway for the ensured implementation of Convergence Plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.During the meeting DDC urged the heads of concerned departments to work in a tandem and asked for pooling their efforts under a convergence plan so that an integrated approach could be carved out for achieving the tangible results under the POSHAN ABHIYAN.Furthermore he assessed one by one the Progress made in various quarters viz. construction of govt buildings for the effective functioning of Anganwari Centres in rural areas ,provisions for safe drinking water and child friendly toilet facility in privately hired set ups, maintenance of database of all health checkups and and nutritional status of pregnant ladies ,creation of dedicated Cooking facility in the Anganwadi centres, installation of Sanitary Napkins Vending machines at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar and in other identified high schools,providing Jal Jivan kits to AnganWari centres etcDDC asked PO, ICDS for conducting of Capacity building workshops and training programs for Supervisors by the end of this week.Besides , he also directed PO, ICDS and ACD kishtwar for the quantification of funds under convergence plan and submitt the proposals projected under B2V-2 in this regard in his office for further course of action.While emphasizing upon the role of PRIs and other religious leaders in the effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN and other schemes of ICDS at the gross root level , he asked the Nutritional mobilizers to work in cooperation with them for gross root level success of ABHIYAN.
