People say me  , “ Where is your protector God? There’s nowhere that we can see Him”. I said  “ Close your eyes, meditate  and just feel His presence in heart ❤️  This is the matter of feeling divine not of physical eye but of the internal sight. They say , “ Where is your God? I said  “ Close your eyes, meditate  and just feel His presence in heart ❤️  They doubt on God presence I said look toward sky star moon sun changing Cloure of sky and you will feel presence of my protector God  I told, “ This is not an illusion but a hidden sign and a trust in invisible power that is my God my protector  persist ,” Tell us what exactly do you want to prove?” I say, “ Close your eyes, meditate and just feel His presence” My protector god is always there, it’s just us who are absent. That it can’t be explained either in written or by speech. That the my protector God is unfathomable. They say, “ You fool...





 The Minister for Forests, Lal Singh informed the House that government has paid Rs 1.88 crore as compensation to the victims of man-animal conflict incidents in last two years.  
 Replying to a question by Mr Mubarak Gul, he said 283 man-animal conflict incidents were reported during 2 years in which 30 persons died and 253 were injured. He said Rs 1.05 crore was released to pay compensation to the injured and Rs 83.70 lakh to the NoK of those killed in these incidents.    
  Listing the measures taken to minimize the incidents, he said   control rooms have been constituted at strategic points which work round the clock, equipped with tranquilizing guns, medicines, capture nets, etc. He further said that cages are installed at vulnerable points to capture wild animals which pose threat to life and property. He said do’s and don’ts are circulated among the public through control rooms, religious places, electronic and print media.

The Minister further informed that communication channel and networks have been strengthened strengthening liaison with police, sarpanchs, Namberdars and local villagers.

“A network of Informers has been established in more susceptible/vulnerable villages, close coordination is maintained with Forest Department and its sister wings to combat man-animal conflict promptly and effectively, besides  awareness programmes are organized to sensitize people on wild animal attacks” he added.
 The Minister elaborated that as per latest census conducted in March 2017 the number of Hangul in Dachigam landscape stand at 182 ± 39.39 with an upper and lowest limit of 214 and 138.
 Responding to supplementary parts, he said during the last two years no major fire incident has been reported in protected areas in Jammu. In Kashmir division, he said 49 Forest fire incidents     were reported in 2015-16 and 71 in 2016-17.

*DDC reviews the progress in the implimentation of POSHAN ABHIYAN.* KISHTWAR 04-07-2020District Development Commissioner Kishtwar Rajinder Singh Tara today convened a meeting of all district officers here in his office chamber and reviewed the progress in the implimentation of the District Convergence plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Pawan Parihar,Joint director Planning Mohd Iqbal, Assistant Commissioner Development, Kishore Singh Katoch ,District Social welfare officer Tariq Ahmad Qazi, Chief Medical Officer kishtwar Dr R .S Manhas,Chief Education Officers Dr Kuldeep Sharma , Assistant Director FCS&CA kishtwar, Executive officer MC Tariq Balwan,XEn PHE N K Gupta, besides concerned officers and officials among others. At the outset Program Officer ICDS Kishtwar Pawan Parihar briefed the meeting about the progress at different quarters that are underway for the ensured implementation of Convergence Plan under POSHAN ABHIYAN.During the meeting DDC urged the heads of concerned departments to work in a tandem and asked for pooling their efforts under a convergence plan so that an integrated approach could be carved out for achieving the tangible results under the POSHAN ABHIYAN.Furthermore he assessed one by one the Progress made in various quarters viz. construction of govt buildings for the effective functioning of Anganwari Centres in rural areas ,provisions for safe drinking water and child friendly toilet facility in privately hired set ups, maintenance of database of all health checkups and and nutritional status of pregnant ladies ,creation of dedicated Cooking facility in the Anganwadi centres, installation of Sanitary Napkins Vending machines at Govt Girls Higher Secondary School Kishtwar and in other identified high schools,providing Jal Jivan kits to AnganWari centres etcDDC asked PO, ICDS for conducting of Capacity building workshops and training programs for Supervisors by the end of this week.Besides , he also directed PO, ICDS and ACD kishtwar for the quantification of funds under convergence plan and submitt the proposals projected under B2V-2 in this regard in his office for further course of action.While emphasizing upon the role of PRIs and other religious leaders in the effective implementation of the POSHAN ABHIYAN and other schemes of ICDS at the gross root level , he asked the Nutritional mobilizers to work in cooperation with them for gross root level success of ABHIYAN.
