Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. As we respect our teacher, we need to respect past as teacher taught many things; same past helps us to learn.life has a simple formula: look back and thank God, look ahead and trust God, and always respect Past and enjoy life and become a living, working monk . What difficult truth did you finally accept?

1- You’re going to be alone always this is fact of Life But We never Accept it Any doubts that we meet with someone who understands, Care, love, trust, sacrifice for Us but once a day........✋✋✋🖐🖐🤚

No matter how good you’re as a person, how many friends you have, how much you’re loved by your family. You’re always going to be alone, especially in your tough times. Nobody is going to understand you, help you in your struggles or take you out of difficulties except you. You’re your hero.

2- No one’s gonna have your back as your parents do but in rare case only if not then God know 

As you grow up, you will realize, that all are humans who are genuinely not happy  for your loss but may be not Feel sad 

3- Do good it will always come back Only a few times 

Do good, spread goodness, and be a helping hand to others but never accept anything in return. This is the law of the universe what you sow shall you reap. The good deeds you do are actually to help yourself and not others and it will always come back to you.

4- It all starts from intentions

Muslims, strongly believe in having good intentions. There is a saying: Niyat naik manzil asaan (The more genuine the intention, the easier to reach the destination). Every time I going to do something, I always remind myself to make good intentions first. Especially in my work, I always make sure to give my 100%. I always perform my responsibilities genuinely or I don't do anything with a half heart.

5- Always believe in yourself

Except one who meets you suddenly for a few Movements ,, No one knows you more than yourself. Always be confident and believe in yourself. Never underestimate, never 
Give up and listen to what people think about you.

You will never know how it's done unless you actually do it yourself.
