The Past is a Teacher 'Not prison respect Past

Just take deep breath and Imagine life as a classroom, Every time we regard our past, whether good or bad, if our past is bad we recall them again and again and cry; by this, we disrespect our teacher. Teacher means we learn from our past. If such incident didn't happen in past, today we are not what we have. By learning from past, we become what we have. If our past was good, we recall and cry and wish, "Please, past moments come back," but they never come back, and we feel bad and become sad. We need to not recall past because they never come back and we can't change the past. If we recall past, we have to respect past as a teacher. As we respect our teacher, we need to respect past as teacher taught many things; same past helps us to learn.life has a simple formula: look back and thank God, look ahead and trust God, and always respect Past and enjoy life and become a living, working monk . On 30-07-2020 an information was received through reliable sourcesthat one unidentified female dead body was lying in the jungle ofshankoot Dooligam Banihal under suspicious circumetances.On thisinformation Inquest proceedings under section 174 CRPC was initiatedat PS Banihal.During the course of probe into the Death of young lady,the police party headed by Inspector Abid Bukhari SHO PIS Banihalimmediately reached on the spot and took the dead body to SDHPoBanihal for identification and Postmortem.The dead body wasidentified as Shabina Bano D/O Bashir Ahmed wani R/O Salar wagan.Nachiana Tehsil Banihal Distt Ramban.After Conducting postmortemdead body was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.During thecourse of inquiry into the death of deceased girl,it was found that thedeceased girl having age approx.21-22 years was having relations withone Aashiq Hussain S/o Gul Mohd Bhat R/O kastigarh,Doda and asresult had also got pregnant.Another associate of Aashiq Hussainnamely Nissar ahmed zoda S/o Ghulam Hassan R/o chanjioo Banihalwas also having close relations with the deceased girl.On gettingpregnant the deceased girl pressurized Aashiq Hussain for gettingmarried,who in response told Nissar ahmed to get feotus aborted byapproaching some medical experts which they failed and in an organized way conspired to murder the girl.By executing their nefarious designs,Aashiq Hussian told Nissar Ahmed telephonically to bring the girl towards upper Dooligam forests and kill her.On 29/06/2020 Nissar ahmed telephonically called the victim girl on the promise of getting her married with Aashiq Hussain towards Doligam forest area and on reaching near the forest of shankoot,they took shelter in the house of one Gujjar namely Israil S/o makhna at Bari nallah Dhok on the intervening night of 29-30/06/2020.In the morning 30/06/2020 at about 0800 hrs they left the house of lsrail towards the jungle,he roamed with the deceased girl here and there in jungle thus waiting for the isolated place and opportunity to execute his plan.At about 1400 Hrs at upper shankoot nallah he found an isolated place and executed his plan murdered the girl and fled from the spot after concealing the weapon of offence and other belongings of the deceased girl near the place of occurrence.On these findings,theInquest proceeding was converted into FIR no.115/2020 under section302,376 IPC and other relevant sections of IPC againt Nissar AhmedZoda S/o Ghuiam Hassan Zoda Rlo Chanjioo Banihal and Aashiq Hussain Bhat R/o Kashtigarh Doda.Further investigation going on.
